Honestly there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Too much micro management, no job security. They can terminate to anytime. This is more like a school. Who have to be on seat all the time, can not talk to friend. have to come on time. They never appreciate your work. There is too much work pressure. No genuine excuses are consider. This is not a good place or work culture to work.

You can trust people here at meritto. Everyone is very supportive and guide you whereever you are not able to solve a problem. Politics free environment, company will always back you if you are taking ownership of the work. I am working here for 3 years now and i am completely satisfied with my professional growth. People write comments about job security but i never seen a single resource who is performing and taking ownership of work is insecured about his / her job here at Meritto. 12 hour shift and you will be forced to work on weekends. No work life balance even the CEO admitted that he doesn't Beleive in work life balance.
