I have joined Model N recently The selection process took a month with 4-5 rounds of interviews. HRs are helpful and approachable. The leave policy is excellent. Compensation is also decent. I am enjoying my days in Model N.

People, salary, and benefits are good. Moved to a new office in Raheja which is a plus. Many tenured folks so the knowledge about custom frameworks, etc is well maintained by those folks.

Dislikes

Heavy middle management (too many Directors just for the sake of retention) so communication is very much segmented. Only a select few know what's truly going on. Skill development/ learning is not given enough attention and work satisfaction is very low. No rationale behind who gets promoted and why.
