Freshers stay away. You will just get bored after just 6 months. The supervisors will use us as a slave. Even taking a day leave we have to beg to our supervisors and tell the reasons. If you want to shift the industry and all then trust me this is the worst industry to work in currently. You won't be preferred at all at any company. Don't join just for brand image. HR team has no role in MRF. Their work is just onboarding. Recently someone from HR has given 5 stars in this platform. Because they have zero work pressure out there and the company is paying them a hefty cheque for some baby works....Read More
