If site is fully disturbed, at that time you will get support from your immediate senior but rest will play politics from back door this may harm you in future.

Company never be bad the employee working under the flag create culture good or bad. Due to different lobby of top management an employee as an officer can't work for progress,the hole time you have to face politics from seniors and down the level staffs,if you are just passing the time and any how just the site is running but principle employer is not happy with performance in there sense this is the right way to handle principle company by showing that in the plant premises operation is so tufe that no other vender can handle the site. I left due to team politics due which I was unable to take the operation level as per requirement of Tata Metaliks ltd HR & IR & dissatisfaction from own side.
