The company is a leading company in manufacturing of Relays. You get to learn more about products. The teams are remarkable & the products are of high quality & they do their part very well to keep the quality at the top notch.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor, career growth is really poor. The work pressure is very high. sometimes you have to work double shifts & their pay scale is really poor. Supervisors & managers do not value your individuals unique strengths. You do not receive any appreciation for your work.

At oen India ltd is a company that making relays in large scale.it is a great pleasure that I had been work therewith good experience.but I am doing there an apprenticeship.in my apprenticeship period iam in the assembly line of relay making.here the culture was nice.but I need a job at elctronics based company.

In this company the all Candidates are doing the same job.here they not consider the employees qualifications.

Iam doing there my apprenticeship.in this apprenticeship I am also know the production process of of an relays.there are different kinds of relays and switches are produced there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
