Completely Remote. As long as you finish your work on time, no one would make a fuss about anything.

Dislikes

Old tech stack. Most of the products are acquired and hence either you are left with fixing bugs/defects or scaling it on cloud, in short not much end to end development. The appraisal, salary, bonuses suck and due to recession, the company is undergoing cost cutting.

- There's no solid plan - Improper financial planning and no focus on developer's opinion and development. It's the leadership team (especially ESS leadership team) which spends all money on travelling and useless things while they have no money when it comes to appraisals and bonus!
