Work Life balance is okay, personally speaking I complete my work on time so I am not extending or working on saturdays. functional teams very supportive. I see some fake reviews here too, management at least should try to put fake reviews who seems to be a bit legit.

This whole company is a common example of a mama-bhatija company where everyone is someone's relative or a close friend from past, run very unfairly. in my 6+yrs of ITSM experience we got training to highlight and remove the conflict of interest and here it is widely accepted, even supported by hr as they only are the pillars to the biasedness and partial values. visible culture is all spoof here, everything fake from accent of people to being honest and treating employees fairly, all is fake. feared of their lackey will also leave, now so making them leads for no reason, not even training anybody but just making lead and especially hiring for people to work under them whereas not giving to deserving people in dev teams, actually everywhere. They say mid year promotions does not happen here but obviiously leaders here self promoted themselves overnight, when asked then there was no answer. Work from Home in my case.. Clients are good and supportive. Work is good if you are keen to learn. You will be comfortable even if you are coming from a different domain.

Dislikes

People are proud here of their community monopoly. People talk proudly that this much population here is of this community. being a consistent good performer and after client appreciations as well your hike depends on if you can speak in that community M language. If you can't speak that language then your hike percent will be veryless and people who belong to that community and can speak in that language their hike will be much higher, I am just trying to explain how much deep here is the level of discrimination. and the same happened with me twice here. biggest- this all actually was started by senior management and HR. Now when on portals like here people have started sharing their genuine experiences, got to know management and HR is forcing their close ones to put good reviews (fake reviews) here.... The best and first leader this company has ever seen, now leaving, other division leaders making them like non existent, they have not even left yet and title given to someone else. Need to have trainers... with your work it gets tough to train graduates....Read More

There used to be few good things about working here but now everything has vanished, thanks to management. With time you will experience so many things that you will know what kind of environment you don't want to be in . Few people are very talented here and also mind their own business luckily.

I fully agree with other reviews here I went through, Here leads and managers brings only their friends and close people to work. no fair chance is given to existing employees unless you resign then based on your dependency they will value you and fairly promote or retain. All directors are linked in a very twisted way and now together do all the unlawful things to avoid unwanted attention. All manager or senior level people who come here from outside are either management or HR friends only. You will not even know if the position was open. They open the position based on the availability of their outside friends and everything happens so swiftly and hidden way. All sr managers never miss to give fake credit to their relatives or friend employees in front of client or their upper managers. Pro Tip- If you are not confident of your skills and want to join here then before applying first befriend a senior or old employee or a manager here and ask them to push your applocation. you will be hired. I speak from personal experiences, have seen quiet a few unskilled ones here and later found that they are someone's cousin or friend. With me negotiation was done on a very cheap level like I am a unskilled labor and after joining got to know people with less experience and skills have given good titles and salary just because they were friends of HR friends....Read More
