One thing is they will provide opportunity for freshers. Ok ok work life balance

But it will come at huge cost, they will start with 10k as a trainee and after 3 months 18k so in hand u get 13k approx. Thats pretty bad hit if you want to grow faster. Because even if you switch 50% hike will be 24k and in hand will be 19k. This is after you switch and got experience of 2-3 years and congratulations u also have completed 25 by the time. 25k salary at age 25 gonna hit you very hard in real world. So better be ready for it. No flexible timing. Also some kind of sandwich holiday is not allowed, i never understand this thing. The main trigger is you have to leave your shoes sandals outside the office, I mean who does that. Better search more opportunities who pays you right for the civil engineer rather taking what comes on the way. Adios...Read More

The team I had at PPS was like a family and was the most supportive team I have had in my over 7 years of experience.

Dislikes

Rigidity of work culture and inexperience of low level checkers and God complex of high level checkers/team leads/pseudo project managers.

Quite a good learning curve due to the constant support given to me by my team... especially by the senior Tekla Structure team members.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2yr before which you cannot resign
