Might have been a good company for fresher but would advice to keep this company as second option while searching a job. Company with some terrible resource management and work life balance. Don't fell prey to such organization with the thought of learning something new. Learning is eternal and can be learnt anywhere.

Dislikes

Could have been more sensible towards emoloyee growth and work life balance. Management needs a lot of improvement. Employees well being and health is key to any company's success, help them grow too.
