Senior leadership is pretty great and understands the struggle of relatively less experienced people. The whole company is like a family, and colleagues are really friendly. Technology wise they always try to incorporate new ideas, but a lot of times such ideas are bound by the security concerns of customers. Overall pretty great learning experience. Management and CEOs are also really nice.

Dislikes

No holidays except national ones, some Saturdays and sometimes even overnight work (but that's with all companies now a days anyway), decaying tech stack
