Re:sources India (name of the company) has an amazing work life balance and that is the reason people have stayed longer than what one would want to. But there is almost no monitary benift one should expect, appraisal takes place once in 2 years ( it could be 3 yrs as well depending on the market and revenue performance of publicis groupe), there are people who didn't get even a penny hike after a year. There is no training program for employees, they often lie a lot about appraisal. Good company for slackers but not a best one for hardworking and growth oriented professionals....Read More
