1. At RattanIndia, their is no balance between work & personal life. Being just one second late can result you losing half a day's leave, even though you have to work full day. 2. They won't let you work from home, even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration of work life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. 5. Their is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't help you grow and will make your life miserable....Read More
