Work-life balance is ok, don't really bother anyone in after office hours and on weekends.

Dislikes

Petty office politics and absence of any checks & balances for HODs which leads to lot of sycophancy and discrimination culture inside office. Salary benefits are very bad in comparison with work-load and deliverable expectations.

1. At RattanIndia, their is no balance between work & personal life. Being just one second late can result you losing half a day's leave, even though you have to work full day. 2. They won't let you work from home, even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration of work life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails</mark>. 5. Their is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. You have no job security. At any time without any prior notice they will kick you out. And you cannot do anything as they will make you sign a peice of paper in which they write that you are leaving because of your personal reason.
