The main aim of MD gaurav marya is not to pay you. Salaries are not distributed at all. if you want to work without salary then go ahead and join them. HR is the top favorite department and they have multiple ways to harass you

What I liked the most is Flexible working culture. In my office people where concern about the work. If you deliver the work in stipulated time then you are good to go! No pressure or overburden work.

Dislikes

There is some external factors that will influence your income/job. If the company is not making any business then don't expect salary! In the time of corona I have seen people are not getting paid, Layoffs etc.
