Good but staff behavior is very bad,as well as interference of another section staff.Genius person can't work freely in the company Management people not paying attention on that matters.Hr not respond to the employee health, complaint.

There is lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 months after resign you can not release the company.

Do not join the organisation. They will thrown you out when they are done. After surving for 7 yr they just throw me out at the 2nd day 9f my marriage, where I don't have any NC/FOR/INTEGRITY issue. They are ruthless. So don't Not join.

Work & life balance is excellent. You will love to work here in reliance. Also you can assign course himself for learning on coursera without any fee. Medical facilities are awesome.

Dislikes

For the fixed term contract employees are not find himself in good position as they also think that maybe this time contract will end or so. Appraisal are not that great also.
