I was very disappointed by the post employee services and even when you are serving the notice period every day for a month is a night mare for employee. They will pay less for the last working month

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The culture is really adaptable firstly and almost all the teammate's are amazing. The Ritz-Carlton is one of the world listed luxury hotel under Marriott with all the requirements of the guest are fulfilled. Culture is good so probably employers good treatment towards each other in a work help us a lot in a learning progress. As a hotel industry I could say that it's little difficult to have a leisure hour to do other things despite some few off days in monthly basis. As a fresher couldn't expect much for the package but what I am getting now is not in a position to sustain properly for the whole month. But yes enjoying my work very much because its not not what my salary is now but there is growth and a carrier if we stick on this brand The Ritz-Carlton....Read More
