In my 8 years of experience I have not seen any contractor construction company like this.specially culture, system and discipline which are being processed here from decades (my exp in this company -06 years).i use roam all over India on its projects without any hesitation coz I know the management is doing good job of guardian here.

Dislikes

Timing( but can't do anything, everywhere you have to face this problem,we have to give time acchive our goals to make it bright)

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
