there is nothing to like about the company . worst culture, poor management . does not support you in learning languages . they will give you other work and not for what you were hired for.

worst Salary structure . when I saw the structure i laughed at my HR Because my 50% salary was just retension bonuse and variable bonuse which i have to pay back if i leave the organization before my next appraisl even though i was having a 2 yrs of bond . i really don't recommend anyof my friend to join that organization . sorry for this type of review but it is what it is....Read More

They gove bonus but if you resign before financial year they will take all the bonus of the months you have been working. Also seniors are not good they will not guide you properly. They will tell you to work on any time they want.
