There was always issue with salary, they have culture of Fund dependent salary ..which means if ur branch has fund so you will get pay for the month or either you will not gonna get salary for 3-4 months continuously. And also very old pattern of working, every thing on paper in this online era. Pathatic upper management no regulations nothings just kind of sarkari culture.
