Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management does't address our issue s. salary is salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst Company I have ever seen. Its better to sit at home but never join this company. They never pay salary on time, too much of office politics. MD is big idiot, and the head accountant Hitesh is worthless person, he should be kicked out of the company.

I dislike everything about the company. MD will never talk in respective way, all other staffs are very good in blaming each other for their mistakes. Its better to be jobless than joining this company.
