Nothing, there is absolutely nothing to like.This Company Reminds me of School , They take Attendance,Exams, and have Seating Arrangements but one Major Difference: In School you get promoted after one year if you work hard , but in SD it ain't Happening 💪

Dislikes

1)Salary-They pay freshers more than experienced individuals for same role. 2)Higher Management -Delusional pool of species, will blame you for everything 3) Culture - They have made sure that The Person who is lowest level suffer , They blame the poor guy if the account isn't profitable when all the actions were given by the So called "Highly Qualified Managers (trust me they are not) 4) Favouritism: I won't call this office politics, the Higher Management goes full on Blind mode during the time of promotion and make sure that the hard workers don't get Promoted so that they can promote Stupid Couple of Yes Men. Over all I find this company Very funny , All the best to them , may God lend them some Bit of common sense....Read More

Something about this company a.) whatever you learn here in a span of one year, better get a beginner's guide to meta ads(you will maybe learn more in a month) b.)wasting client's money and earning through hidden charges is the USP of the company c.) Now the work culture is too good, some people with half experience and results might become your manager.some who dont know anything about marketing can become your super manager.Manager's moonlight in some other side businesses and that is fine ,but if you are late or go on leave, you might be labelled as disciplinary issue employee. d.)you wont be promoted on the basis of efforts or promotion but rather than how good your network is within the company...Read More

1) No growth 2) changes policy after knowing it cant be changed 3) Top management dont care to listen
