During my working period i received good support from my boss and my colleagues and i enjoy my work in Shri Rathi Steel. I alsolike the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometime,I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. They mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look all type of plant and machinery maintenance day-to-day yield operation. I hope for my best performance, I will get recognized for all my best efforts, it will be a great experience.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
