You need economical, academic or social appraisal to stay in any institute. If you get any of these things, employees can think to continue work there. But here management don't give salary on time nor increments. They give promotions/appraisals to sycophants only. The non medico chairman call their doctors and staff thief/chor/kaamchor in front of patient to make his numbers. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour...Read More

College is good with regular salary, even in worse conditions...this is the best part

Full time faculty should be encouraged...the owner Mr. Mishraji is sometimes rude, and takes doctors for granted
