Company as such is very good place to work, but the people (especially who are working for years together) are non cooperative... MD of the company is a gentleman and down to earth person, who understands the problems of least level staff...

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management supports the same... New joinees doesn't stay for more than 6 months due to such politics done by people working from long time...

There was no formal induction or training... Had learnt on own with lot of struggling.. credits doesn't go to right person...
