I started here as a fresher, so good place to gain basic knowledge whether it is job related or other things also. Work standard is not so good but okay.

Salary or appraisal should be done routinely to maintain employee's confindence as well as their carrer growth also but unfortunately there is nothing like that.Politics should never be part of any organization.Teammates should focus only on their work not on personal life in any kind.Most importantly Rules and policies that are made for workers should came into effect in real not just in words or pages....Read More
