There is nothing that you would like in this company , I have heard lot of positives from past employees which looks temporary in my experience.

Dislikes

Would need hours together to list down dislikes , adding some of the major Dislikes a) While joining HR says we are in profit however in reality they donot have any revenue. b) Lot of false promises while recruiting new employees (eg:WFH, full VP) c) Company financially unstable they are struggling to pay salaries on time d)Lack oftranferancy and as a employee you cannot belive any company commitments e) Leaders are defentity not capable enough to run any company and I belive they donot have any professionalism. f) Leaders are unethical personnely as well as professionally. g) Revenue model is pathetic and company is running from 7-8 years without even any thought on how we can we generate revenue....Read More

1. Company culture is bad, not a good place to work. 2. Work-life balance is not good, long meetings hours after the working hours even on weekends. 3. Managers are not appreciative, more of a bossy. 4. They will keep silent and blow us off while appraisal time. 5. Upper Management might have vision to accomplished something but middle management ruin everything.. never seen a single delivery on time, and worst of all is the Product team with zero vision or responsibilities....Read More
