There are zero likes about this company.

Dislikes

No learning. Management doesn't know what to do what not to do. Forget about your variable pay.They did not give variable pay for 3 straight years.HR will lie to you during joining that you probably will get 100% variable pay but please consider it as zero. If you want to grow yourself please to go to some other company. Zero/Very less increments in appraisal.
