No reasearch, only work on client requirements and references, Very pressurized like factory work, no inputs and no brief properly, no co ordination, repeated different changes no documentation

Yes they cut unnecessary payment also, no lunch break

Worst experience with your team leader Sajana Bannergi. Who called herself best UI zu designer reality is that myth of design. She never talked with normal conversation with team. School teacher or any commanding better than her. So much pressure of work. And after client meeting they want all insurance flow in one day with brain storming ux and UI with all responsive and style guide. UI person never checked correctly and neatly UI. After they lied we already told them their is no proof. Every senior person blaming their below person. No one take responsibility or no good team work. In work pressure they demanding ux learning exams. Mandatory to pass them. All promotion depend on that. Work from home so is difficult to understand breifing. So no discussion with team members only when you are completed your work that's all. I. Front of the clend team leader insulting their team members. And blaming all mistakes and pressure non complition to responsible only ux designer. So many time wasting on giving hours to pm. In thet client change all brief or requirements still they not completed work responsible only ux designer. Worst experience with team leader. She make first normal human ther team leader...Read More
