Compensation is Average and they follow basic guidelines example- Leave policy, Maternity Leave policy etc.Salary on Time every month. Never missed the salary.

Dislikes

There is no Job security and no career growth option. If you have been hired for one project and that project completes within few months or in a year, then Teksystem will not look for any other opportunity for you. They will ask you to leave and search outside. The vendor managers who are sitting in cisco premises from teksystem are not trained to manage and do not have work ethics. They do not respond to your queries and they do not get proper information from Cisco regarding project details....Read More
