Dislikes

Only the benefits are low, just as transport cost is not paid by the company but is work from home so, I am ok with it.

Company is of Franchise restaurant,& my job is to introduce customers about Franchise investment, Model & Roi after that leads will be transferred to BD Team, once lead success I got perks.

If you want to learn & groom yourself go-ahead, the best place in terms of job security, salary timing is fine, policies are perfect 5 days working, 2 PL, Medical benefits PF deductions from 2nd month, management of the company is young & cool.

Dislikes

Parking issues are the main concern nearby office better if use 2 wheeler.

job security was the main concern during covid 19, many of other company was deducting salary during this period but we were getting same salary as before covid. So job security, company policies, management all are fine as not aspected by me.

The working team is of about 12 peoples so sometimes you have to help others.

founders are best, they actually understand every concern when we raise, & resolves it as possible. I have never felt that I am doing my job, the give us proper access to anything which may be required for us.
