The task of creating original content repetitively gets tiring at some point. However, you learn a lot while working with people who are more experienced than you. Further, my job was comparatively easier since most of it involved writing and reading.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

The whole digital team for Times Network has only 1 HR. So she never replies, or gets your work sorted. They extend work upto 16 hours a day and get mad at you if you deny the work. Overall, the work culture is terrible.
