Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Working at Toll at IT side, you will get ample of free time to develop your skill sets by learning new languages or certifications. Though none of any external certification will get reimburse at Toll.

POOR MANAGEMENT. NO OBJECTIVES AND VISION. HRs are PATHETIC, making Fun of talent. No team work. They don't know why they exist. All work done by external vendors infact they are the leaders who leads the Toll mangers. Less chances of getting relevant work as per your profile and skill set. Toll HR knows how to recruit people no matter whether the need exist to recruitment, just for sake of increas in numbers they recruits. Once you entered you will be simply ignored and not entertained any more. Even most among us did not know to whom they reports to? Who's the manager? In which team they suppose to work? HR dose not interested in such matters. So be careful before you accept Tolls offer<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
