You have to work on Saturday for no reason, just have to come to office and to sit. There is no chance of growth here as well as no promotion based on your performance it is just personal choice. No festival celebration, just come in traditional outfit and click photo that's it, no work ethics, no employee benefits, never think fromemployees point of view. Even there is WFH available but manager never allows it. One more illogical thing is you have to take one or two days leave in month for no reason just to finish your leaves that's means you don't even have the control of your own leaves. Just like a dictatorship oriented company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No outgoing, No bonus, don't even have small box of sweets in diwali</mark>. Just come to work, do the work, experience illogical things and leave, that's it. Just Please do not join this company, you will regret for life. Horrible experience....Read More
