Employees who perform well are overlooked during appraisals. Those who engage in flattery towards upper management tend to received higher Increment and Promotions. 4. The HO team treats site employees they are not a true part of the company. 5. There is no job security, especially for the site employee. Termination can be happen without prior notice or valid reason, based solely on management's discretion. 6. Joined in 2018. Have seen the growth of TEL in front of my eyes. Love working for TEL. Love fighting for TEL. Wish TEL all the best. A long way to go.

Dislikes

Office Politics. Tremendous office politics is showing now a days from the last 6-7months. All employees are entering TEL with references and one person enters TEL, similarly another 5-6 people enter through him. This practice is not good for the company health. Talent will go away in this fashion. Management need to take immediate action in this regard. Otherwise it ia not good for company future. Mainly 2 people in senior management is spoiling the company....Read More
