horrible work culture and a horrible place to work no work life balance and if u come under certain manager like sumit and all they will spoil ur time in unisys and then throw u out exactly before the elevation for which u have worked really hard this is the reality of unisys

Manager and team leads were very supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance was not present. Due to the hectic work, it was very difficult to take breaks on time. Team meetings were conducted by team leaders while we were working, hence couldn't completely concentrate on the points discussed during the meeting.

Compensation is good. They even provides fund to purchase office furnitures, internet reimbursement, etc.
