The Company basically had good work culture and had enough opportunities for learning and growth during the initial years pre-Lehmann Brother's slump. But overall, the company was very employee friendly and felt like at home working with UNITECH except for lack of work satisfaction.

Dislikes

The company suffered most post the 2G Spectrum scam with funds raising and couldn't pay salaries to the employees properly. Also all the projects were moving at snail pace with no scope for work satisfaction

Work Details

I had to deal with construction activities on field right from the Foundation stage to Over all handing over of the flats/units through daily planning, execution and billing

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
