Work Life Balance is very poor. Promotion and salary hike depends on your personal relationships to your seniors at some places of UNO Minda Companies. Work Satisfaction is not so good. Working Hours is more.

For Womens poss rule is strick in Minda. Follow work systemically.

Dislikes

Grading system is not good like compulsory 1 person to give C grading. Politics. Working culture like if your are week your credit take another person(same in another company also) not for only Minda. sorry.
