A lot of things, 1. Poor upper level management 2. No job security 3. No work life balance 4. No vision for you career 5. No office culture 6. No appraisal Now let me list down what you will get 1. Personal level comments from founders 2. Work anxiety 3. Blame game 4. A work worth 3 guys to 1 guy 5. Reasons why you will not get appraisal this year, and if you name them a list of projects you have done single handedly in a year they will feedback you saying "yeah, buy that's why your job is.. I know that's my job..but that amount of job is supposed to be done by a team not a one person You will work over night here at least till 4 am is something I've done multiple times and on top of that they expect you to come to office, There is no month in the year where you can take your vacation off, and your leaves won't carried forward post march.... Management expects you to work like a robot till you get exhausted and will also comment on you personal level, I've seen one guy went through heart attack yet he was asked to join office.. I mean is this is a joke? I'm glad he left the company. One more incident where out of frustration a manager said to a girl that "i wish to hit you hard" this is the last company I will reco... Oh sorry, better you stay unemployed or start your small business. Since new CTO has joined the office all good staff has left the office, Management will waste the time in decision making of he project, they all have ego clashes especially between vivek & sid, and then you have to complete the project in the remaining time, when I say you.. i mean "YOU" yes, only you a single person will have to do all the chores.. I can type this all day...but I will stop it here only...If you are joining this company anyways then all the best with your mental and physical health...Read More
