1. No Work Life Balance. 2. Poor Salary Structure (Not much difference in salary structure offered to the freshers with the salary provided to persons having 4 years post qualification experience) 3. Review of assignments by the senior post working hours leading to shifting of working from 9 hours to atleast 11 hours and that too ondaily basis. 4. No benefits for overtime worked on daily basis. 5. Forcefully compelled to work on the period taken as leave for personal work. 6. No systematic allocation of work within the team....Read More
