Company is good internationally and if you know politics you can get internal transfer opportunity in many areas.

I believe it would be really good company outside of india but in india , some managers treat site people like their personal servant. Same time upper management either not effective or don't want to do anything about toxic middle management, due to that they are really losing talented people and only getting yes sir saying people.
