Not a good company for its employees. Policies are not employees friendly, specially salary and benefits are very less after implementation of CTC. No employee is happy here.

Apart from salary & growth, everything is good about the organisation. You will be given ample room to perform. New ideas are welcomed here, though implementation is bit delayed.

Dislikes

HR policies could be much better. They revolve around top management, no efforts for employee retainment like offer matching. Employee engagement activities are nil.

Job security is no more of Contract base employees..... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent...

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent career growth is slow.... They give not job security and bonusOr not proper leave every year
