Company's products best in class with minimum TAT for disbursal great incentive structure over all good for promotions and salary hike.

Work time are very poor we are working 9:30 am to 9 to 10 pm every day, only 1 st Saturday in month holiday 3 rd and 4 th sunday compulsary working that becomes continuosly working fir nearly about 16 to 20 days which is very wrong. Work life balance very poor due to extended timing and working on holidays like sundays.
