The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. There is little workplace hierarchy and employees can easily communicate even with CTO and CEO. They are very open to suggestions and always encourage constructive thoughts, engagement and collaboration. One would love working here. People here are from various backgrounds and streams. Everyone brings in new experience and knowledge. The managers consider the employee's efficiency when assigning tasks and no-one is pushed way beyond limits just to chase deadlines....Read More

Dislikes

The only con would be that the compensation is well below market standards even considering the employee's efforts and education. This leaves employees feel underpaid w.r.t. the effort they are putting in in their work.
