The company has nothing much that I would say is good. They are constantly pushing limits of developers by creating artificial urgency. And they never have appreciated the work that anyone does.

Dislikes

They do fire people whenever they want, No work life balance because of fake urgencies we have to work at nights too to complete the task. I recieved no promotion or credits after working so hard. The manager and team mates are very toxic and will try to take your credits. The salary is okay,but they will not give hikes</mark>. Advice to management: Just be real and be transparent on everything, no fake urgencies, credits should be given to people's who work hard rather then who just do buttering....Read More
