There is nothing much to like in this organization. Having a very high attrition rate, there is no such scope for personal development and career growth. Dictatorship is a big challenge here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No career growth. Senior management take decision which normally changes every alternate day, and employees have to cop up with that. Completely lala baniya culture.

Company only thinks about getting max out of market and exclusive channel partners profit and ROI is also not considered. Join if u dint have any other option. 4 they will cut sales team expenses without any reason. 5. Lodging limit and food limit are very less

Hiring and firing is the main motto of the company. They hired out of trade people and use their contacts to earn money only in the name of franchisee fee which is non refundable in any case. No support to franchise as he has to invest everything and company earn only benefit

Work life is very boring at waaree. Employees are treated with a lot of suspicion by management. There is no team bonding and sense of pride within the company. All employees are permanently on a look out for better opportunities outside waaree.
