We just received good snack form company for that they deduct 500/- every month from your salary. Worst experience while working with Xcaliber Infotech. pure toxic environment and micro management.

Dislikes

No job security, No need to work hard just need to always communicat with management, they don't have value of your hard work. No bantch police. Suggestions don't spoil your career with Xcaliber Infotech.

Micro management Owner and VP's has ample of time to see and micro manager at individual level. If you appraise and keep your manager happy with good words you will get what you want. Only favourite gets the promotion and salary hikes No work culture at all.

As a fresher they gave me the opptunity and resopnsibility. Freshers are given chance to prove their calibre.

Dislikes

Repetitive work. same tech stack used always. People at senior lever are very less so miss-management of resources happens many times. People are not appreciated for their work. Documentation is hardly ever done. Salary is cut if you come in late.
