Manager Abhijeet Valke is really supportive and encouraging, moreover Xenia promotes work life balance and are really cooperative towards your problems.

Dislikes

Xenia just focuses on b2b niche. As a result new employees have a limited scope for learning new things. Most disappointing factor is salary & appraisals. Xenia pays way less that industry standards which will create problems while searching for a further job. Newbies be aware

I didnt like management and coordination from Company owner and manager.I had a kidney stone operation.I took a vacation for operation issues but they fired me.No security,no work culture,bad company policies and less salary package.

Dislikes

There is no salary incriment and benefit by company side.if they has a need,they are hiring.When the needs arises,they remove from the job by giving some reason.it happened with me.
