For this development and ordered work environment, I needed to pay the price of the time. I can’t say it’s a perfect place for those seeking just spending a time from 9 to 17. Here, you gotta work. Probably, minus for me was a strongly built hierarchy, making it hard to advance further in my career.

The office has bonuses like free fruits and zucchini, and sweets. Ther'es free health insurance for people, at least I managed to get it, and for me, it was really important to get a free gym membership, this has become a big plus ever since 2020. I also really want to highlight technical safety: the laptop was delivered with the very characteristics I asked for (closed, with a Type-C connector, so that it could be charged via a power bank, and with expanded RAM for a great project). I feel like a lot of people want to work here, so I dont think my job security is that high. I'm hoping the company grows, so my prospects on staying with them are here for longer. Also, maybe more corporate events off-site would be nice, I always enjoy those when they happen.

Thanks to xs.com, as my experience working with them was truly exceptional. As a marketing manager there, i enjoyed a high salary and felt really fulfilled in my role. Furthermore, the environment helped me to get better at my job day by day.

Dislikes

Even though the job is satisfactory, keeping balance between work and life could be hard. There is too much work to do and the deadlines are close, but this is a rare situation. Apart from that, i did not notice any big downsides of working at this company.

I enjoy the supportive environment and balanced workload Career growth is steady and the team collaborates well. I have developed some skills thanks to the encouragement from the company, and the culture is quite inclusive.

I dont think the work is challenging enough you feel me. I love the pressure but a pay rise and some form of permanency is needed.
