1.Very Low Salaries compared to other organizations. 2.Lot of politics 3.Worst hr dept 4.They didn't encourage the innovative ideas 5.Lack of team work 6.No one can follow the company procedures and policies.(including management) 7.CTC includes Bonus but they didn't gave bonus to employees at the time of exit. 8.Blaming on low level management. 9.
