If you are lucky then the salary part would also be good</mark>. Dislikes: leadership is worst I have seen so far. Almost everyone in my department have more than 3 - 4 formal complaints but there is no one to listen. Some leaders even harass people also in Success department and people know the name yet noone reacts.
Appraisal is a joke.
